A lot can happen in a year! And in 2025, a lot definitely happened at Pave. So we’re taking a look back at the year’s biggest moments across our product, our company, and our data.
We launched game-changing features, like Calculated Benchmarks to transform equity benchmarking using machine learning, and Cycle Insights to provide clear, real-time views of compensation cycle activity. We expanded Pave Data Lab to include regular pulse surveys to provide community-sourced insights. We hosted the second annual Total Rewards Live conference in San Francisco, bringing the compensation community together to network and learn from each other (sign up to join us for TRL 2026 here).

Billions (With a B)
Pave customers managed billions in compensation budgets using our platform. Yes, you read that right: Billions—271 billion to be exact. That’s about $96 billion more than in 2024.

They also built and managed more than 3.1 million salary bands in Pave—a huge increase from the 1.7 million bands managed in 2024.

We also saw even more companies run crucial compensation workflows on our platform, enabling them to streamline their processes—and get out of spreadsheets.

Most Searched Job Families
Pave’s Market Data product is used by thousands of companies to search for targeted compensation benchmarks every day. In 2025, that added up to more than 25 million searches, or roughly 70,000 searches per day.
