Guiding Pave forward

After seeing coworkers struggle to value their pay, Matt founded Pave in 2019. He has a B.S. degree in computer science and a B.S. in economics (at the Wharton School) from the University of Pennsylvania.

Charlie leads Pave's people, recruiting, and revenue functions. He has a B.A. in business communication and sociology from the University of Washington.
Past stops include ADP, Simply Hired, and SmartRecruiters.

Alex leads Pave's marketing function and advises our team on business and product strategy. He has a B.A. in government and history from Cornell University.
Past stops include Equilar, Jump, and Aon (McLagan and Radford).

Armando leads Pave's sales team, including sales development and account executive roles. He has a B.B.A. in business from Eastern Washington University.
Past stops include Starbucks, Salesforce, and SmartRecruiters.

Emily leads Pave's customer success and support teams, including all account management roles. She has a B.S. in natural resources from Cornell University.
