As 2024 comes to a close, we can’t help but look back at what a big year it was for Pave.

‍

We partnered with Greenhouse to launch Offer Insights, bringing real-time job offer trends to our customers. We hosted our first Total Rewards Live conference for the compensation community (save your seat for 2025 here). And we expanded our leadership team, bringing on seasoned leaders in Revenue, Marketing, and Customer Success.

‍

And that’s just scratching the surface. Here are more amazing highlights from the past year.

Platform Highlights

Let’s start by diving into trends across Pave’s full product platform, including our compensation benchmarking and compensation management tools. Customers are clearly loving Pave, leading to some very big, impressive numbers:

‍

Our Supply Chain job family actually has the highest concentration of employees hired in the last 12 months—37.2% to be exact. This is followed by our Community Operations job family, with 33.9% of employees hired in the last year. The Machine Learning job family comes in third.

‍

In this case, we had to expand to a top-13 list to squeeze in the United States, as 12 countries saw a larger share of employees hired in the last year. At the top of the list is the Philippines, with Colombia and Mexico rounding out the top three.

  1. Philippines - 34.4%
