Pave, the leading data-driven compensation platform, was founded on the premise that greater real-time transparency leads to improved outcomes and visibility for customers. With our suite of total compensation products, we have been focused on innovating for our customers and bringing additional transparency to both the candidate and employee compensation experience.

Given this relentless focus, it seemed only fitting that we also be as transparent with what is happening with our customer data as well. This means having an external auditor assess the security commitments we make to customers, as part of an annual SOC 2 Type II report. We’re happy to announce this annual report is completed.

A SOC 2 Type II is an independent auditor’s report on the suitability and operating effectiveness of controls related to security. It is generally considered the “gold” standard for US-based SaaS companies, and covers topics such as risk management, access controls, change management, data security, and data availability.

But SOC 2 Type II isn’t a complete reflection of our security program. We view it as a starting point – we go above and beyond to protect our customer data, including additional pentesting, a bug bounty program, and an in-house security team focused on data security.

If you’re a current customer, you can request a copy of the Type II audit report from your customer success manager or by reaching out to support@pave.com. If you’re not a customer yet, start by visiting our site to request a demo to see our product live!
