More broadly, our vision is to create a labor market built on trust, and having an external auditor review our security commitments and security program ensures that we are living up to it. With our compliance and renewal certifications, our customers can have complete trust using Pave to develop, execute and communicate their advanced compensation strategies with real-time data.
A SOC 2 Type II covers areas such as risk management, access controls, change management, data security and data availability. This year as well, for the first time, we have completed a SOC 1 Type II audit, which covers controls around financial data—in our case, this applies to the processing of salary and equity changes in our Compensation Workflows.
